“Service generally good. One pair arrived several days after the first although ordered at the same time. Also one pair described as blue were actually green. Would buy from again.”

“Received a pair of ordered espadrilles in my favourite turquoise colour in less than a week including a weekend. Price was great..size is a bit big because I have a half foot size. Didn't get to wear unfortunately as the summer in Scotland is not in our favour. Happy.”

“Very nice quality shoes, but the shipping service was extremely slow. I paid 20 euros for international shipping (inside EU) and the shoes arrived afyer 15 days!”

“The boots arrived quickly and well packaged. The box was slightly damaged but the paper wrapped around it was intact, so I think a second-hand box was used. This didn't matter as everything was wrapped in a plastic outer bag and the boots were fine. Unfortunately I had to send them back as they didn't quite fit. It would be helpful if the website included the UK size as well as the continental one, as I had used an online size converter but don't think it got it right as the boots were too tight and I don't normally have a problem with off the shelf shoes. Returned easily with pre-printed label that was included with the boots, and waiting for refund at present.”

“Fabulous shoes purchased as a gift. Service, packaging and delivery were excellent. However, although the shoes were at a 'sale' price, I was disappointed to find that they were ex-display and the sole of the right shoe is grubby.”

“I love your shoes, I've only tried on 2 different court shoes from you before which one was a size 6 & one was size 5 & they were a gorgeous shape & good quality & the price was right for it, however none of these sizes fit me which made me sad & fustrated because the size 5 was way too small & size 6 was way too big!!! I don't get that so I could only be happy that I was able to return them & have my refund in good time.”
