“I was contacted the day after placing my order to be informed that the item I ordered wasn't available.afternexplaining tho the man on the fone that I was so disappointed as I had been searching for weeks for the style and size,and had stumbled across a si that said there was one left so jumped at the chance to buy them straight away.he said he could tell that I really wanted the boots so he said he would call me back after he had made a few enquiries.within 20minutes he rang me back to say he had located a pair in my size.i was over the moon.they arrived very quickly and I love them.this is customer service at its best and many other companies could benefit from somes lessons from Daniel Footwear,I would definitely recommend their boots and their site.many thanks to whoever the guy was that rang me.yoy made me one happy lady????????????”

“Had to send an item back for bigger size! I was very impressed with the customer service team who offered to phone one of there stores to advise me on the best size to order! It was a delight to deal with someone who had such a lovely manner and was interested in making sure I purchased the right size. Very happy customer!”

“Excellent reductions in the sale - bought loads of mens shoes for my husband and son - only drawbacks are the delivery can come separately (not as one delivery) which is why click and collect from a store should be an option.”

“Just bought a pair of red gucinari boat shoes for my husband. We have been looking for a while for these in red as he already as tan and navy. They are gorgeous and to top it all off we got then in the sale. The style and quality of these shoes is superb. The delivery was first class. Never bought shoes from Daniel footwear before,but will certainly be buying again.”
