“Ordered a scarf for going out for special evening event . Sent me the wrong item colour Which I was so upset I had to go find something else to go with my out fit . And plus you had extra 20 percent discount which I did not get . That’s why I always shop in John Lewis because if the item gone down they give you the difference back like America does .”

“The customer service I have always received from Daniel Footwear is on a parr to the high quality of the products I have brought which is why I continue to repurchase from them. The products are beautiful, well made and come delivered well packaged with a personal touch of a card letting me know who packaged up my parcel. I would recommend Daniel footwear online to anyone you won’t be disappointed with their customer service or the products.”

“Well after ordering my shoes on-line I had them redirected from York to Beverley (Ciel) and was very disappointed to find that there was only one in the box.I then had to wait a few days for the other shoe to be delivered.Pity that they were not checked down the line.However I am delighted with them now I have the pair.”

“Good service, quick delivery. Only disappointment was that there was no dustbag delivered with the product, as it said there would be. You would expect this for an expensive Michael Kors bag.”

“These flipflops are made very well, have just the correct height wedge for me (I'm very small so need a bit of lift) and are not of your usual spongy flip flop material but better quality and looking more of a sheer/shiny look to them so can be worn out in the evening as well as for day time which is perfect for holiday!”

“Bag had a huge scratch on the clasp and I had to pay to return it, when you’re living off £200 a month you can do without footing the bill for your faulty items. Awaiting refund so I can put it to much better use! Still no refund and I’m in need of the money back. Joke!”
