“I was a little wary about placing an order as I wasn't familiar with Daniel footwear, I came across your company whilst looking for the cheapest price for a particular pair of sandals. The sandals arrived promptly and well packaged but unfortunately the were too big so I returned them (free of charge) and expected to have quite a wait for my refund. I was so pleased when the refund was processed very quickly and efficiently and the emails I received kept me informed and were also very polite. Overall my experience with Daniel footwear was excellent and will happily shop with you again and recommend you to others , Thank you and kind regards, Sandra Rees (Sandra Harris was my maiden name)”

“I ordered 3pairs of boots on line and they were delivered within 3 days by standard post. I was happy with 2 of the boots but one pair described as burgundy looked more like brown. For this reason I returned them to the shop close by and got a refund with no problems. I'd certainly use this website again.”
