“Great customer service and shoes arrived promptly a few days later. Would definitely use Daniel again! Good to be able to speak to someone on the phone as well rather than just have an online option.”

“Loved these shoes. I have difficulty finding ballerina type shoes which will accommodate my feet but these were great. The colours go with a lot of outfits.”

“Shoes I ordered were too small so ordered the next size up. These came from a shop (which I think you should notify customers of as one shoe was bigger from being tried on) in Hale and I ended up with odd shoes (not even in the same size). The store were ridiculously rude when I called them. Thankfully the customer service team were fantastic and sorted it all out for me. I complained at the time which resulted in a 25% reduction of the shoes so all in all, thanks to CS, I'm really happy with the end result and will be back. :-)”
