“Ordered my shoes which arrived on time, unfortunately they were too tight.I returned them to the Glasgow store and received an email next day confirming refund for returns. The lady who dealt with my return in Glasgow was very friendly and helpful, the whole process was hassle free. I will continue to purchase my shoes from Daniel Footwear as they have a fabulous range at very good prices, I think that now I have found this store it will be my first choice for shoes and bags.”

“Great bargain sale shoes! Love my Supergas, so comfy straightaway, have bought another 2 pairs! The colour name was ‘sage green’ which I didn’t fancy, but I took a punt on them as the images showed them to be more like ‘duck egg blue’ - I wasn’t disappointed.”

“An amazing shopping experience from start to finish. The customer service and on line experience echoes the high end products that they sell. They offer a personal touch down to a card in the box signed by the person who has packaged the product which gives you a feeling of having a personal shopper experience. I have been shopping with them for years and own many pairs of shoes brought through them and have always received my items swiftly and in perfect order from the external packaging through to the box and my shoes. A top rate place to shop.”
