“The handbag is lovely, exactly as described and pictured. The courier company seemed very disorganized, claiming never to have received the bag from the sellers even though they did then deliver it within the time frame anticipated. Customer services at Daniel Footwear, however, were excellent in tracking my order and also offering a replacement if it did not show up - luckily not needed. Thank you”

“Absolutely beautiful boots, however just too uncomfortable. Maybe a wee bit of cushioning in the sole would help. So wanted the boots but just couldn't walk in them. Customer service from Rachel at DF was extremely good with prompt replies. Can't fault the service. Wild definitely look at buying from the again.”
