“I contacted Customer Services prior to placing the order and I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff member who advised me that I could return the items if unsuitable to a Daniel Footwear store. I was unaware of this option from the website. The delivery was a uick and I was delighted with the sale price and glad I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe.”

“I had never heard of Daniel Footwear until I Googled "green shoes"! Having found exactly what I was looking for, I phoned Customer Services to check a few details before ordering - sizing, returns policy, etc. The lady was extremely helpful. I ordered the shoes and received them within three days. I am absolutely delighted with them - they are excellent quality, the perfect shade of green and extremely comfortable. I am very impressed with the service from Daniel Footwear and won't hesitate to place further orders. Thank you.”

“I own quite a few pairs of their shoes and boots. Yes, they are pricey, but finally you get proper quality for the price you pay. I have always had pleasant and easy transactions with them...even when I have had to return something. This is a store I keep coming back to and always recommend to my friends.”
