“Got it, charged it, packed it with leaf (Indica/Sativa hybrid) and put it on level 3. Once it buzzed I inhaled deeply three times. I tasted the leaf but never got any effects from the THC (I use it to help me sleep). Thinking that I packed it too tightly, I tried it again a few days later with less leaf but got the same results. The next day I packed it as tightly as I could and set it to level 4. Again, after it vibrated, I tasted the leaf but got no effects from the THC. This is the same leaf that I use in my water pipe and usually one hit is enough to help me pass out. The device is doing something because the leaf is brown and crumbly after I finish it. I will try it with a pure Indica strain tonight and see if that makes a difference.”
“I'm still waiting on my shipment. Both tracking IDs provided are showing that the label was printed but not shipped yet. The staff was helpful when I first brought this issue up and was accommodating, however, I'm still unsure of the timeline or expected delivery date.

“Replaced an old, 5-6 year old, Miqro that had charging issues and could not power the device for more that 5-10 minutes even with new batteries. This new one has USB C charging, nice. Build quality is drastically reduced, rubber mouth piece instead of ceramic, rubber all around the pearl that used to be ceramic, overall lighter weight and feels more flimsy. Rubber case is rougher and a dust/dirt magnet. Will see how long these electronics last.”
“I have an IQ2 and just bought a Micro. I am happy with the vaporizers but unhappy with the buying experience as I ordered 2 extra batteries for the Micro and I have never received them.”

“Great production but poor customer communication. Invest in live customer support and you’ll see huge gain in revenue. I would’ve purchased the $499 model had I been able to speak with someone. So that’s a 4x multiplier of my $99 direct to client revenue.”
“Not the best customer service scattered and unorganized somewhat vindictive kind of insulted with the way I've been treated by the customer service team. My guide status in the explorer program seems to be meaningless having to make multiple videos and pictures and emails corresponding just to make a return although having no questions asked returns then being accused of not cleaning my vaporizer properly scolded talk down on this customer service team has a lot to improve on.”
“Davinci did not reply to any of several messages for a week when my device was supposed to be shipped but never was. When they finally reached out to me after the device was supposed to be delivered they told me that the color was out of stock but it still took them a week to notice and inform me of any issue. When they did offer a replacement color I asked for the device to be shipped expedited it has now been 2 days since that time and the device still has not shipped. I would recommend ordering from another retailer with better customer support. Additionally their phone goes to voicemail every single time”
“I was pleased that the shipping was free and it arrived quickly. I was not happy that you sent me 2 sleeves and only one battery and I ordered 2. The unit never produces any clouds of vapor and I wonder if it ever does. I have an Ariesa V tower and that works good but provided little vapor. I would not have purchased this if I knew it didn’t provide much vapor. I cannot tolerate smoke.”
