“I was very disappointed when my, less than a year old IQ2 carbon fiber (500$+) vape stopped working properly. I figured I’ll just call customer service, and they’ll send me a new one since I’m under warranty and have been a repeat customer. NOPE. They don’t even have a functional customer service line anymore, so I have to fart around typing my problem out to somebody via a chat line. I’ve had 4-5 back and forth emails that have complicated this whole process and as a repeat customer, I’m feeling very unsatisfied with the whole process and how long it’s taking.”
“I purchased the Miqro C from a dispensary. Within two weeks it would deplete any battery I put in instantly. I have tried only batteries from DaVinci. I really enjoy the product however 2 weeks later and I haven't heard from customer service. I have sent 3 emails and contacted them on social media. Nothing. 0 replies 0 support. I can only assume they are trying to wait out the warranty. Don't buy a davinci product if you expect customer service of any kind.”

“I'll begin by saying that I have only seen positive reviews and videos of the Miqro-c. This is why I chose to purchase one. I am coming from a Healthy Rips Fury2. Works great, but the reviews of the Miqro-c piqued my interest. Well, I can't pull any air through the vapor path when the oven door is closed. It seals completely, and I see no provision for air holes. Is mine defective? With no flower in the oven, I can see all the way through the vapor path, and air flows freely. Are you supposed to pack it so full that the pearl rests upon the flower, holding the oven door open a little for air flow? Am I using this incorrectly? I'm 50 years old, and have been toking since age 15. I'm not new to vaporizers. I am aware that I could be overlooking a simple cause, but I cannot find one. Based on this experience, I would not purchase another DaVinci product, or recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong, and I will edit my review. In the meantime, this thing doesn't do anything except get extremely hot. No vapor, because no air flow. Meanwhile, my Healthy Rips produces clouds. My experience does not seem typical as stated in the beginning of this review, so I assume most people are very pleased. Hopefully someone else will chime in and show me my error. I understand the carrier issue, but that’s something that should be figured out on da Vinci end. Would like not order again for this reason”
“Might be an isolated incident but one of the terminals on the battery case fell out of its seating when i took the battery out to charge it externally. That in and of itself is understandable...there are defects that happen. However, I still haven't received a response from customer service after reaching out to them twice. So, now I have a unit that intermittently powers down with no response from the vendor, other than an automated email from their ticketing system. Customer service is poor up to this point.”
