I still can't understand how Dawn Wing is still in business. This Co. is the worst of the worst. I have had 3 separate terrible experiences with their service. They tell lies after another. I am convinced this is government run or they are dirt cheap for their services . That's the only explanation I can think of for their continued business. From now on if I see a company that uses this courier I will simply not shop from them or cancel my order immediately. If you have an enemy, just buy them a gift and make sure Dawn wing is the courier.

It took more than 20 days for dawn wing couriers to deliver local package. And poor service when you speak to them via the phone. And failing to update their status for tracking.

What went right? Useless service, not only on delivery but at your call centre. Rude and inexperienced. There is no such thing as management or supervisors. Might as well close your doors. Appauling service.

still waiting on them to collect my parcel that has been ready since 1 February, 2 weeks now and in all honesty they do not seem to care, they have done nothing but lie to me every time I call to enquire what is going on.

No communication to arrange delivery after I was promised that someone would be in contact. I had to leave work when I got called by the driver via a whatsapp call to hear his outside my gate. No offer to even request delivery at my work place. Not Happy!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Most horrible courier company. Rude consultants. Disgusting experience I had. My package was given to a retreched driver. Driver did not even bother to deliver parcels. Worst courier company ever.

I have been calling daily for my package, G0081185352, WHICH should have been delivered 1 week ago, whenever I call, I receive the same lies, "your package will be delivered today", which never happens. I am sick and tired of being lied to. I need a solution to my problem. Where is my package and why can it not be delivered.? CALL ME URGENTLY!!!

Drivers don’t care about package, worst service ever . They call on the day you’re delivery is due. No prior notification just a morning instruction!

Apparently my parcel shows as delivered but I never received it. I was called at the gate to open for delivery at 09:51 it’s now 14:44, to receive an sms confirming receipt. I called customer line, they confirm that my parcel was delivered but obviously not to me.

Terrible service. Do not stick to delivery date and time. They do not even bother to let you know about the delay and inconvenience caused. You as a customer have to run after them and enquire. Mediocre!

In all my years dealing with couriers this must be the most inefficient in SA. Parcel from overseas delivered to the wrong address after they changed the city to Durban instead of Hilton. Correct address on waybill and envelope. No apology.

Sent my daughter's Christmas present off on the 13th . Up till now it is not there promised to deliver before 24th . Got confirmation it was going to be delivered waited all day and they said they couldn't get hold of daughter which is a downright lie. THEY ARE USELESS. NEVER EVER AGAIN. WHOEVER USES THEM TWICE MUST BE CRAZY. PROBABLY THE WORST OF THE WORST

Never in my life will I ever order from any place using dawn wing as couriers ever again. 3 orders going to different provinceses of where I am and blaming the company they are supporting. Hehe well if they did yhe job correctly they would have used the correct postal code(WHICH WAS CONFIMED CORRECT WITH PROVIDER AND ORDER) I AM SO F...... N FED UP.

No customer service, parcel not tracking, nobody responding to emails, when you ask for a name, address or reference number for the call , they just drop the phone Parcel is still missing and no one is bothered to locate it. This is very alarming

Thus is the most pathetic courier company!! Their service is pathetic! I have been waiting for my parcel that should have arrives on 1 December and they cannot te me when I will receive it. It is at the depot but they are back logged so cannot tell me when they can deliver it. I offered to go there and fetch it, but they said they don't allow that. Why and what are they hiding... I asked if I can get ITT couriers to collect it from them, but they don't allow that either...they don't get back to you, they cannot give estimated times and when I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they cut me off...how they are still in business is beyond anyone's comprehension. CLOSE YOUR DOORS DAWN WING COURIERS!!!!

Okay Dawn wings unprofessionalism is unmatched i tell you. First of all they keep on changing the delivery guys names while delaying to deliver. Secondly the day they decide to deliver they will call you non stop for direction had an encounter with 2 guys already they lack comprehension, when you give them directions they don't pay attention to details. And when they say they will deliver at 18:30 rest assured that by 21:45 you will be on the phone trying to give someone directions who is disrespecting you and telling you that you live in a desert. Poooor services and traumatic jerrrrrr!

absolute worst "courier" ever to be, even SAPO is faster and more reliable , if anyone tells you they're using dawn-wing just cancel your order and buy from wish instead you'll get faster delivery and better service

Dawn Wing had my parcel for just under a week, when i decided to contact the call centre, spoke to a lady that told me my goods would be delivered the following monday, Monday came and nothing, i then called again and was told my postal address was wrong which in fact wasn't my fault & was captured wrong on their side when collecting from Cotton on, anyway fixed that and expected a delivery the Wednesday - nothing received, called in the Thursday(this is almost two weeks since my order was collected from Cotton on) and i was told "they do not have enough orders for my area" after making a scene some lady arranged that it be delivered to an alternative address, which they didn't do either :) - worst possible courier
