Great looking skins, a bit expensive for my taste but understandable, amazing unboxing experience, quick delivery - I got my package in Serbia in 9 days - they are quick to answer to any questions over e-mail, basically what you get is what you see on the website. Strongly recommend!

Currently they are really backed up with a high amount of orders. I was unaware of this and asked customer support for an update on how long it would take, was met with amazing service and a 10% refund to my order due to the delays.

Insanely slow to process orders. It intially said my order would ship in 6-7 business days and it's getting closer to two weeks now. And the response time is just pathetic

Dbrand is literally the best company to deal with. I had an issue & they solved it immediately even when they were backed up with orders & emails. They took their time out to personally email me & take care of it. If you’re going to do with a skin or a case…choose Dbrand. Their products are the best out there & their customer service is top notch!

Quality products, excellent customer service and overall the best company to deal with. Why go anywhere else for phone products? You wont get the type of humor this company provides anywhere else. If you arent buying from dbrand ill send robot #111 after you. Thanks dbrand!

Needed to cancel an order after learning a certain computer was not for me. My issue was quickly responded to and a refund was given quickly!

I have to say, their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. They went out of their way to help me out even when I didnt even ask for help. (I failed on installing one of their products, and destroyed it in the process) They provided me with a free replacement. On top of that, their packaging is really awesome. Their products have unbelieveable attention to detail. Everything fits perfectly. I would recommend them to everyone!

dbrand has lovely products and great customer support. If you ever do need to use customer support, they replied quickly to emails. Also, after the item ships, it arives quite quickly. Their designs definitely add spice to your device.

I ordered a skin for my laptop I recently got. The skin I had received, after putting it on, had experienced some shrinkage/wrinkling. It didn't turn out at all how I wanted it to :(. They sent me a new one free of charge, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I just want to say, thank you to dbrand support for being awesome!
