“Quick response from the customer support team and fast shipping service! I guess it was the automated system that had initially estimated my order to arrive in 3-5 business days (which I guess is common due to the COVID delays). However, after receiving the tracking information later on in the evening, my parcel arrived the next day!”

“I would continue to support the company because of their customer support alone. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. The price of their products is competitive. Delivery is relatively quick considering the state of the world at the moment. The quality of the product so far has been outstanding and the instructions for application are easy to follow.”

“If you’re hesitating on whether you should use your hard earned money or not…stop questioning. These guys are absolutely 2nd to none. I’ve been purchasing from dbrand since they came into existence and have been happy ever since. “Package got lost by US postal service or maybe stolen and dbrand support found the quickest resolution by sending a replacement + said I can keep the lost package IF found #awesome. Can't get better customer service than that.”
