“I ordered a case for iPhone SE 2020 without tracking number and it never arrived to Portugal. So I asked about it to DBrand and they told me that it probably was lost in shipping, so they gonna send a new one, this time with tracking number! So to me, that's an honest company with superior customer service!”

“I first heard about dbrand from 2 separate highly respected tech channels on YouTube. I ordered a case/skin for my new Samsung S21 Ultra and it was delivered in 2 days. Outstanding customer service, fast shipping and an excellent quality product. I will definitely buy from dbrand again in the future.”

“Ordered from them 5 times. Overseas shipping isn’t the fastest but they are upfront about it so that’s not a problem for me. The skins are high quality installation is straight forward with video tutorials for every supported device. I received a skin with a small scratchmark on it with my latest order, contacted support and got a response after only a few hours. I sent them some pictures and was told to expect a replacement. The whole thing was dealt with before the end of the day, despite the different time zones. DBrands products aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for: good products and actually helpful support robots. And if something is wrong they actually work to fix it.”

“I really like their skins even if they are just really expensive stickers. Their cases are phenominal as they are very comfortable in the hand and slip easily into the pocket. Also their robots are very friendly, easy to reach, and sound very human!”

“Customer service is one of the best and their products are extremely well made. A lot of the issues arise from not properly following their youtube tutorials. It is imperative that you follow them exactly otherwise you will fall into problems when applying your skins.”

“Ordered PS5 Darkplates. Obviously they are in back order. I also ordered items they currently have in stock. So they happily split my order so I can get my in stock product faster. dbrand is AWESOME!!!”
