“This guys not only made a great products, I used their case for iPhoneX, couple of skins for the case and they works very well but this tame they show the level of the customer support. My order was lost during the delivery process, I wrote about that, and they don’t crush my awaiting and re-send me my order for free. This is the service. Very appreciate and will stay with you further.”

“Ordered a Skin for my laptop in the middle of the night from overseas and changed my mind and placed a second order than contacted dbrand to cancel the first one. The resolution came within 10 minutes, the first order was canceled and refunded. Having bought from overseas the shipping took slightly longer than what we are used to. According to the tracking number my parcel had been delivered, yet no parcel was received by either me or my neighbors. I wrote again to dbrand asking for support and they asked me to contact the local post, that confirmed that the order had been delivered. After waiting for 4 days I informed dbrand again and they organized a second shipping for me. My original parcel was delivered 1 day later. I could have been more patient yet I was treated like a king by dbrand!! Thanks dbrand”

“A little pricey but you know that before you buy it. I had an issue with the skin being damaged, emailed them a picture. In 20 min, they had created a new order to send out a new one.”
