“one of my three masks showed up with a split in the seam, about 1in, maybe a little more. one email to tell them the problem, they requested an image, and they responded IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. they solution is they are sending a new mask free of charge. fantastic customer service. it's almost like robots are more efficient than humans or something, weird.”

“I love this brand and after recently having a one-off situation with a skin, customer support responded in a very timely manner and they resolved the situation quickly. They even replied back within the same day of me sending the initial email. I would still shop from this company and would still recommend it to anyone.”

“I wanted an exchange cos i'd changed my mind on the colour i'd chosen. They replied very quickly giving me the details of how to go about this and advice on the colour i wanted. The product itself is very good quality as i've had one on my Surface Pro 5 for quite a while now and it hasn't started to lift off or get scratched at all.”
