“Package got lost by US postal service or maybe stolen and dbrand support found the quickest resolution by sending a replacement + said I can keep the lost package IF found #awesome. Can't get better customer service than that.”

“I've purchased a couple skins now. On my last purchase I had a discrepancy between what I was charged and what I thought was my invoice total. Being that they are located in Canada I assumed their currency was too. Not only did they address my concern in a timely matter. They went above and adjusted the currency difference for me and refunded the difference. Something they were not obligated to do. I will continue to show my support to dbrand. Thank you”

“I have recently purchased a Dbrand phone case with a skin. I am very happy with the product I received. The packaging was great and it was better than the packaging I got with my actual phone. The instructional videos on how to install the case and apply the skin were very helpful. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend a Dbrand case to anyone with a phone.”
