Had a skin peel off due to a weirdly shaped case. In my rage I tossed the messed up skin and dbrand still helped me out. Had another hiccup with a separate order and they resolved the mistake VIA EMAIL WITHIN THE HOUR!!! Legendary service or suspiciously robotic if you ask me. Just remember us when y'all achieve world domination. ;)

I just really like how they do advertisement, and how they present themselves, and if you need help they tone down a bit but still keep character, someone may not like it, I do. That's what puts them over the top, they are a really good company doing colaborations with video creators, keeping their products modern, a bit pricey, but that's they try to keep the class high, and quality doesn't lack. Overall great, but don't just rush into buying something just becouse of a good review, you should still do your reaserch and see if that product is really for you, that's all.

I can't speak for anyone else having bad experiences but I sent them an email and they responded in less than half an hour with an exact answer. The entire marketing/PR/customer service organization is super helpful. If you go through the 1-star reviews it's mostly "I'm mad at DHL" or "I can't get my skin on straight"... In my opinion these are bad reasons to give a bad review. It's not dbrand's fault if these people are idiots. They deserve a higher rating. I can't wait to get my darkplates and phone skin to review them on my shitty 8 subscriber youtube channel.

Ordered a case for s21 ultra and as always a perfect fit and this case makes you feel like you always have a great grip on your phone. The skin just adds that je ne sais quoi, oh wait I do know, it makes the phone case pop with flavor

Sent me a wrong Skin , they responded swiftly by re-sending me the new correct Skin , and willing to reimburse the Import Tax / Custom fees . First time buying & using D-brand skins, great quality , will definitely buy more skins in the future . This is no fake Review ;)

Had a minor issue with one skin in a multi skin order. Email with CS and issue was handled both swiftly and efficiently. This kind of customer service needs to become more widespread.

This company understands what customer service is! I screwed up and ordered the wrong skin for my laptop. Even though it was my mistake they still made it right! Their communication is rapid. The have a great sense of humor. The quality of the product is top notch! I have referred them at least 8 times. Many more referrals to come! Great work dbrand! Keep it up!

The Dbrand support staff are always super friendly and easy to deal with. I received a defective iPhone 12 grip case and they kept me informed while they investigated batch problems and shipped out a replacement once the problem was fixed. Always top quality service from these guys.

Their skins are top notch quality, and if something's wrong their customer service provides a personalized solution. Might take a bit longer than some are willing to wait, but hey, newsflash: there's a global pandemic going on. In summary: overall great service, good skins, 10/10 would recommend

Ordered Pixel 4a instead of Pixel 4a 5G not realizing they are different sizes. Asked dbrand to do an exchange. They said sure but I needed to send them a picture of all 6 sides of the case to show its in perfect shape, as well as send pictures of the package that I'm shipping it to them with tracking number. So after promptly sending them all EIGHT pictures they wanted and shipping the package, I notify them. They respond letting me know they've accidentally processed a refund for me instead and that I'll have to reorder the case that I want. There was no consideration for my time or the $20 it cost me to ship this package back to them. 0/10 experience. They also seemed completely unphased and offered no assistance when I complained about how this situation was handled. DON'T BUY DBRAND PRODUCTS.

Purchased s20 phone case. Great quality however, their was issue with the amount that the company charged my card. This issue was resolved within minutes. Along with honest details of the issue. Quite impressive for any company. Would shop here again
