“Their skins are top notch quality, and if something's wrong their customer service provides a personalized solution. Might take a bit longer than some are willing to wait, but hey, newsflash: there's a global pandemic going on. In summary: overall great service, good skins, 10/10 would recommend”

“Ordered Pixel 4a instead of Pixel 4a 5G not realizing they are different sizes. Asked dbrand to do an exchange. They said sure but I needed to send them a picture of all 6 sides of the case to show its in perfect shape, as well as send pictures of the package that I'm shipping it to them with tracking number. So after promptly sending them all EIGHT pictures they wanted and shipping the package, I notify them. They respond letting me know they've accidentally processed a refund for me instead and that I'll have to reorder the case that I want. There was no consideration for my time or the $20 it cost me to ship this package back to them. 0/10 experience. They also seemed completely unphased and offered no assistance when I complained about how this situation was handled. DON'T BUY DBRAND PRODUCTS.”

“Purchased s20 phone case. Great quality however, their was issue with the amount that the company charged my card. This issue was resolved within minutes. Along with honest details of the issue. Quite impressive for any company. Would shop here again”

“How tf do they have an average rating of 2.58?? They'll literally fix your issues within 24 hours and replace products even though some of it is the customer's fault. I live all the way across the other side of the world from where the products are shipped from, yet I receive all my orders within 7 days despite the pandemic. The skins themselves are well made and though I typically switch them out every 6 months, I can see them lasting a minimum of two years, granted you install them correctly. The textures are amazing and they do help you grip your devices better, not to mention they look really good. They protect from scratches and allow you to place your devices on surfaces you normally would not place them on. A 10 out of 5.”

“The Dbrand robots are sending me a replacement camera skin bcz somehow I messed it up and I was distraught. Robots were kinder than usual and I really appreciate it them for helping me is these humiliating times. I shall redeem my skin application skills!”

“There was a problem with a product I had received but the problem occurred after about a year. Asked about it and they kindly offered to send me a new version of the product, they didn't have to because the warranty was expired, so am very pleased with the way it was handled.”
