Just ordered so not received the product yet but I made a mistake with my order and they corrected it right away...my daughter ordered from dbrand and she loves her case and skin so I ordered one as well.

Recently purchased TEARDOWN skin but accidentally selected the wrong phone, dbrand customer service provided a quick exchange. Customer service was amazing, response time was a matter of minutes.

Very nice looking skins- If you can install a screen protector on your phone, you can install a skin. On my second order I selected the wrong product, and I emailed to fix things, the fixed my error almost instantly.

I was honestly impressed by the speed I got a response from their support team. I placed an order recently, then wanted to modify it. So I contacted them through the order confirmation email. I messaged them early Easter morning, not expecting a reply until at least Monday. Instead, I got a reply email 21 minutes later, with instructions on the last steps needed to modify my order. I haven't even received my product yet, and I'm already impressed by the customer service. Thanks.

Great skin designs, high vinyl quality that's super easy to manipulate into place with a tiny bit of heat, witty social media presence and a helpful customer support crew (from my experience). Add to that the great packaging, fast delivery times and best in class instruction videos for skin application for every device they make skins for.

I‘ve ordered three times now and was always satisfied with the quality of the products. Love the unique style of the company (thats why i sometimes even buy things that i dont really need). When something went wrong with delivery (i live in germany and they ship from canada) the support is very friendly, authentic and obliging! Even got a partial refund without asking(for the inconvenience). Prices might be little higher than other products but with dbrand its really ‚you get what you pay for‘!
