Took around a week for mine to be delivered here on the Philippines and that’s door to door delivery. Skins are alright though you have to be very precise in applying the skins.

Ordered a case for my phone. Said it was in preorder and would ship mid September. It is now October and only just shipped. Customer service unhelpful and I'm pretty sure if I didn't contact them in the first place my case would never had shipped. They have a great marketing and social media department. Maybe the product is great, but the service is atrocious.

Their whole website shows nothing about currency......they sent you a bill for $50 and they charge your card $50 US meanwhile their office location shows in Toronto......why would they charge US? Then they sent me the wrong skin which doesn't fit on my laptop.......sent them 6 messages the last 5 days and NO reply back so far. The phone line i was given from my Mastercard is constantly busy. BE AWARE

Would give 0 stars if possible. 1. Shipping company left it in a post office without trying to deliver to my home. 2. Wrong order. 3. dbrand didn't respond to my email within 4-7 days or in any other contact platform possible. Scammers

Sent the wrong skins and when I did get the right ones the adhesive peeled off from the color layer. Waste of time and money. Plus their customer service is terrible. Do not buy from them

False Advertising They advertise 12-72 hour shipping all over their website, but what they don't say until you have paid is they have to process your order, which for me took 9 days. It was nightmare to install, it's not a skin its a cool sticker at best. Wouldn't recommend.

Case began to fall apart at 11 months. Emailed pictures to their support and my old order. The robots told me it would ship in 48 hours... The same order that I received 11 months ago. Good job? Very disappointed.

Order still pending, doesn't give you the option to message them or to cancel order. I've placed an order on the 7th of August and it is the 15th and my order is still pending. That's more than a week or 5 business days. Also you cannot send them a message. The link to for the send button is dead. That's very shoddy of them and unprofessional. Also it would be nice to have an order cancellation option especially since it's taking way to long for my order to be shipped. I understand covid-19 is a problem right now, but I'm paying premium prices for sub-premium service. Not worth it if you ask me. The least they could do is send me and update on my status.

This is a really bad company. Pixel 4XL Prism screen protector cannot be installed using their normal installation method, and they don't tell you. They told me after I ordered, but its not advertised like this. And of course, installation failed and they won't give me a refund. STAY AWAY. this is a hit-and-run business.

Terrible. Does not look at all like it was advertised. Legit looks like a high school kid printed this and selling, nvm they could probably do better than this "company" do not buy, i made a huge mistake getting the iPhone 11 pro max skin/case

Very bad experience. I bought a sticker for my new Dell 3000 laptop. Clearly this wasn't actually tested by them. One side was perfectly lined up and the other side hung over by 2mm. I wrote to support. Which is very hard to find by the way. And they don't list their return policy anywhere. They get back to me in one week and will not grant my return. I would never buy from them and I suggest you don't either.

Poor assistance and society. I bought a product before the covid emergency with an express shipping and till today i dont have any information about it... The assistence everytime answer with 0 details and dont want to refound me. Dont buy everything. There are other store more reliable.

The skin is basically a thin sticker. No protective value at all. $35. We bought a $40 skin elsewhere that was many times thicker, and gave full, wrap around protection. Call this a sticker, not a skin. The skin on my hands is about 10 times as thick as this non protective cover. Looks nice, and a nice cardboard shopping envelope, but would never, ever consider buying one again. On the plus side, it was labelled “ do not bend” and it arrived in pretty good condition through the mail. Just very disappointed that what we got is $5 cheaper, but a fraction of the value from what we expected.

Yeah buying a case from dbrand is a bad idea. Why? The case quality, delivery method and time spent waiting does not match up to the costs. They take a month to deliver the case, and when they do finally do ship, its by Canada Post, so you have to go pick it up from the post office. The price does not match the product I paid over $30 for a case that is slightly better than the default case I got with my phone. And they have the actual guts to charge you extra for the "Skin" which can easily be mistaken for a case design, NOPE its literally a separate skin that the paying customer has to apply to the case manually, with a hair dryer... Avoid and save your money and time
