“Charged 5 times when website said it couldnt process order due to incorrect card info. No phone number should be a HUGE RED FLAG!”

“Unlike most reviews I see here, there was no problem with getting the package quickly. Took about 4 days to get to Canada. What has made me regret ever buying Dbrand is that the skin I ordered for my airpods pro is next to impossible to apply without messing it up. Not worth your money and pretty well just frustrates anyone trying to apply them. Hope I'm able to refund but I'm not keeping my hopes up from what I read from others on here.”

“Still waiting on a package that I ordered 1 month ago. Super slow shipping. Packages from shitty websites like wish come much faster and that is with free shipping while here I payed for dhl. Before when I ordered from dbrand they would come quite fast but now its super slow. I know its partially dhl fault but first it took ages for Dbrand to ship it and then they use the cheapest dhl option and that does not go with the brand image and pricing.”

“Ordered phone case in December 2019, took 2 months to arrive in AUS. By December 2020 the case had stretched around the volume buttons and kept detaching from the backing. All my cheap cases have never done this. Disappointing for something so expensive.”

“Ordered the Dbrand MKBHD icon pack skins for my new M1 Macbook Pro. Ordered it on December 4th 2020, and received it 01/09/2021. Waited so long time but guess what...The skin size is smaller than the actual M1 macbook size. Also the skin is looks like they kinda print the graphics on a paper..and that's it. Really Really not worth $50. I feel like I just got scammed and can't belive MKBDH actually approved this. He's one of my favorite youtuber and I didn't expect it from him and Dbrand. Pathetic.”

“I ordered mine mid December. The website says it takes 2-5 days for the item to be shipped. It had been two weeks and still nothing. I went ahead and canceled my order. Shame...I was actually looking forward to have a nice looking skin for my Xbox series X. My refund was quickly administered though lol”

“I ordered a skin on Dec 18 to protect my iPhone 12 Pro from scratches a week before I ordered the phone. The skin ended up arriving on Jan 4 and my phone was already scratched so it defeated the purpose. Dbrand took over 2 weeks just to ship the skin. Pathetic.”

“I order a phone skin December 11th, on the 16th my package arrived empty and created an issue. This issue was answered on the 22nd saying they will send it right away. Since then, the shipment tracking mail arrived on January 4th saying the case will arrive on the 14th, one month after I ordered it, even though they promise a 10-day shipping. I understand that packages can be late and mistakes can be made, but the issue that it took them 6 days just to answer my first issue and then 14 more days just to process it and send the replacement.”

“They used to do ok and I understand everyone is struggling with orders because of the holidays and covid but they claim 2-5 business days to ship well it took 9 for them to ship and then the tracking number they provided me didn't move for over a week; it still says pre-shipment meaning they haven't actually shipped it they just created the label meaning it's closer to 16 days total and still nothing has moved. I am beginning to doubt it will actually arrive. To top that off they basically shut down orders for 2 weeks at the start of the month for some special edition limited product so you would assume they did that to get through their order back-log but nope. They never respond to emails, there is no way to contact them otherwise. They have a reputation for being kind of jerks in their marketing so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.”

“Phone case is good, "skin" is a glorified sticker. It took 18 days to get the case, and I only got notification after I emailed when the (hidden) 5-7 business days were up - the "robots" must get nights and weekends off. Case arrived with the wrong skin and today, 2 days shy of A MONTH, they sent me the right one. I couldn't find anywhere in their site to leave my review - THAT'S why they're so highly rated.”

“Don't ever buy from them. I ordered my items 6 weeks ago and still don't have them. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and still no reply. Basically, who knows if I will ever get my items but all I know is I am out my money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.”
