“Very pleased with dcuk ordered for our granddaughter for xmas. My husband has one which she loves so we thought we would buy her one of her own. Delivery very speedy. Name tag and gift box lovely but do push price up quite a lot!”

“I love the duck and the recipient will too. I just thought the quality would’ve 100% being an original Dcuk but the glittery boots just look a bit patchy. Otherwise I’m really pleased with my purchase.”

“Lovely Christmas Santa duck, now enjoying his new home. His little elf helper is cute but has a slight scratch on his red paint (hence not 5 stars) but we are taking good care of him.”

“Excellent present for Nan!...but I am very concerned that the box arrived full of packing chips rather than paper wadding which is just as effective. Absolute pain to dispose of the chips and completely unnecessary! I hope this can change for the future, we are all accountable!”

“I ordered a couple of little ducks of your site, the ducks are exactly as ordered and very nice. My only hiccup was that they arrived in a dcuk labelled box and could have blown the surprise! I don't know if I missed asking for a present or this is the only option? Still very good though!!!”

“Good friendly service. Unfortunately didn't have the duck I wanted in stock. I ordered another colour and a few days later I was contacted to say they had found the colour I wanted. By that time it was too late as I had ordered the other one but really appreciated the fact they got in touch to let me know they had the other colour. The duck itself was great and very good quality”

“The dcuk was beautiful and my dad really liked it. I was really disappointed that it did not come in the cute dcuk box. I received a dcuk, Kelley recently and the packaging was great. I thought this was really nice, because the dcuk was already "wrapped." My dad's came in a cardboard box with peanuts and not the decorative box that mine came in. I picked the same size and style, because this was a gift. I just happened to be a t my dad's house the day it arrived. Fortunately, I could wrap it, before he saw it.”

Hi Coleen, I am afraid the largest sized 'Duck' does not fit into any of our gift boxes. The gift boxes must be selected as an extra £5.95 (for any of our products excluding (Ducks - largest size, large penguins and cockerels).

“Over the years I have purchased many ducks I was a little disappointed when after my latest Xmas purchase received an offer to name the duck for free when I had just bought it I’m looking to buy some wedding ducks and would love to know about any offers /discount before buying for my daughters wedding next year”

Hi Melvyn, As our pins are something new we have introduced this year some products are yet to move onto the new stock. Around 50% of our stock is now onto the new pins so hopefully by next year all our stock will proudly have their new DCUK pin! Kind regards Jasmine DCUK
