“Ordered 2 Dinky Ducks for our 2 Great Nieces for their first birthdays, 1 with pink wellies and 1 with purple wellies. I wanted a longer name for one of the ducks, so I paid a little extra to have the name printed and left a message to say which duck I wanted that name on. When the ducks arrived, the extra label had indeed been attached to the correct ducks neck. A duck I ordered for myself (well, why not!) wasn't in stock but I was contacted immediately and given a different choice. Very good customer service thank you! Oh, and both girls love their dinky ducks!”
