“The flowers were perfectly fresh and delicately wrapped, but I did feel the bunch wasn't quite impactful enough for the cost.”

“The wreath was ordered 21/12 and delivery promised for 24th. It did not arrive until 29th. The wreath did not look as attractive as the online picture. There was no obvious way to return the product so settled for a lesson learnt and won't buy from Debenhams Flowers again.”

“Flowers were for my Mum for Christmas, she was delighted with them and the quality. Great next day delivery and first thing so flowers arrived fresh and in good condition.”

“Ordering and delivery on time was very good. The photograph image of the bouquet was very accurate and my wife was very pleased receiving it. Only negative was, on the same day my daughter brought a much cheaper bunch of flowers and they lasted a lot longer than the flowers in the Debenhams bouquet.”

“Initially I did'nt have much confidence as the flowers and gift I ordered were delivered on different days and not on the day I requested. However the company rescued the situation as by way if an apology sent a further bouquetband chocolates the day after I complained and the recipient was highly delighted and they were beautiful by all accounts. So will definitely order again.”

“Rubbish avoid at all cost. Flowers were nothing like the website image, First bouquet & the roses looked dead. Second free bouquet the same, couldn't be bothered to complain a second time, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !”

“The only thing good I can say is they came next day. The Roses nether open at all and was dead 4 days before the first lily opened . Customer service is a joke... you place order with debenhams but they do not want to treat you and your rights as there customer, they want to take up your complaint with there supplier. My best advice go with some one like inter flora who pass your order on to local florist”
