“Website is soooo slow, it takes ages just to turn a page, then you get half way through and it wont go any further. So you see a quarter of what you want to see. I managed to order a couple of things, but not all I wanted. Debenhams you're losing customers!”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes, same style, same size (10), different colours. What I received were two shoes, 1 with a completely different style to which I ordered, and the other in the wrong size (9).
I used to receive pretty good customer service whenever I shopped at debenhams in person, but if this is how their now online store operates, then I'll stick to shopping elsewhere.”

If you view a garment it returns you to the start of the search, not where you left off. I've given up and use NEXT now, their Web site allows you to search and buy very easily.”

“Horrible service, I ordered 20 products from them in November 2022, most were delivered relatively quickly. One product was left, but had no information or contact for a long time, I had to ask myself in January where it was and they issued a refund relatively quick. The product was then delivered 2.5 months after ordering and I let them know especially as it was a birthday present and customer service was horrible. Ended up paying full price as I paid last time for the product. Never shopping here again.”

“After 3 weeks my next day order was finally declared lost. The website is atrocious to navigate and took numerous attempts to get through to customer service to register my complaint. Finally got through using Facebook as email wouldn’t work!
To end on a positive I was sent a refund and reordered the item as this was a Christmas present. Ordered at 4pm and the order arrived next day 10am. Delivered by David, Rugby my usual Evri delivery driver with a smile.
Won’t use this website again, prefer websites with retail outlets!”
