So frustrating site so slow going back to first page

These problems have been going on for so long and still Debenhams haven't got around to fixing a major problem. Surely as a business who rely on online sales their website should be a priority. I gave up looking for a coat as it was so frustrating! Debenhams read your reviews because you're actually running your business into the ground!!

Don’t use them. Ordered a heated throw on 15th October, didn’t arrive, no notification from Debenhams, I looked at website and it is now shown as out of stock. They say they have to chase it up with the supplier. Meanwhile they have taken my money. I ask for refund they give same excuse. Surely this is illegal, certainly unethical. I am £70 out of pocket and therefore unable to purchase else where. To add insult to injury their website says do not make further enquiry or you will go to end of queue! I am still waiting and will stick to Amazon in future, at least they keep you updated and an out of stock item could be cancelled. Very bad service, everyone trying to save money on energy, and this was our attempt. We are on a very limited budget, my husband is almost 80 and we cannot shop elsewhere until they attend to this. Shop elsewhere, Boohoo indeed!

Yet again, decided to persevere with Debenhams horrendous Website. Gave up after 20 minutes. It is dreadful they must be losing so much business. It is slow, unresponsive and has a mind of it's own. Last time, sorry Debenhans to lose you but giving up now to save my own sanity.

Trying to browse is almost impossible. Website is slow and unresponsive. I had a list of things I wanted to buy. Gave up, frustrated at the time I had wasted. Worst website I have encountered for speed.

Impossible to shop on their website. As others have said their website is atrocious, slow to load, jumpy, bringing up pages for links you didn’t click. It is torture! Did not it was possible for a website to be that bad in 2022!

I have been trying to order some Mantaray clothes but the website is so slow, pages took ages to turn over and then it ended up going back to the first page. I have a tried a few times but gave up in the end. I used to buy quite a few Mantary and Principles clothes, it is the designers who are loosing out if you cannot order their clothing.

Website is absolutely apalling! Blue cross sale is advertised with free delivery, but you can't access any items. Pages wont load or keep turning back to home page. This is not a recent thing! sale or no sale website is rubbish.

Website is slow and kept on going back to home page when attempting to make a payment. It took more than 20 attempts to make a payment.

Debenhams, how many bad reviews do you need to get yourself together honestly !!!. Obviously you don't want to sell anything...I give up trying to use the website.I'll shop elsewhere.

Website is awful. Jumps about. Very slow. Offers you the same items again and again when loading next. Just terrible.

I give up!! Absolutely terrible website, so slow, very frustrating to try and view something then return back to the items I was initially viewing. You have to start all over again. I could spend a lot of Money if it was a decent website. Debenhams could make a lot of money if it was working properly.

This website is dreadful. So slow at loading pages, leaving me unsure if I properly clicked, so end up clicking again only to realise the long lag. Then it responds to second click and then have to wait for that to load so I can press the back button. Too frustrating to use.

Debenhams website, what website? It has been impossible to use for weeks, does this company want to sell anything, as you certainly can't order online, Debenhams don't seem interested in getting it fixed!

What the hell is wrong with Debenhams website page?? Slow is not even the word!! Then it freezes, keeps jumping around. Not a smooth process at all. It's putting me off buying from them!

The website is impossible to use. It won't let you filter, takes ages to load. Literally unable to order what I wanted, not that I could view anything, anyway.

The website is appalling. Very very slow , freezes, jumps around, won't let you put things in the basket. Shocking how bad it is. Have lost count of how many times I've given up on it. Please sort it out , you must be losing a fortune.
