“Got a returns label from Debenhams/Pertemba with their address in but the barcode reads Zara, I went back to the parcel shop and had it scanned, now Debenhams are saying I must get the parcel back from Zara and then send it to them, I MUST, they sent me the label with the wrong information and I must get the parcel back, something doesn’t sound right, how much money is Debenhams making with all these returns not being refunded, it’s theft,fraud, we must all get together and make the public aware.”

I did a search for size 12 womens in the sale and over 15000 items came up but every time you go into an item to look at it or put in basket you can't go back to the same page, only back to the very beginning where the first 40 items are loaded.
