Useless website obviously don’t want customers pages won’t load so slow it’s unbelievable unless you know exactly what you want forget coming here….!!!

Your website is appalling. It doesn’t load. I put in womens sandals, I get childrens. It kicks you off. I am never able to get fully through what I want to look at and I get fed up and leave. I would imagine this is not good for sales.

Slow for items to appear on the screen as you scroll down view more items button disappears when you still have 150 or so more items left to view but you can’t and have to start alll over again given up your loss….

Been trying for 2 days to access your website, it will not load therefore impossible to browse and shop! Given up trying and gone elsewhere

Been a Debenhams customer for years but won't be shopping with them again. Website is so slow I give up. Come on Debenhams / Boo Hoo sort your act out

Website is rubbish, doesn't work at all only since Boohoo took over. Don't have all day to wait will order elsewhere. Sad as I loved to shop at Debenhams!

What on earth is wrong with your website? I can't begin to imagine the number of customers you lose each day because your site is the worst I have ever come across,and believe me, I shop online all the time. I have just given up once again looking for something, otherwise I would have had to throw my tablet through the window. PLEASE employ someone with a brain to revamp it before you go out of business completely.

Website is ridiculously slow. It was so good before Boohoo took over. I wonder they actually sell anything as I continually give up and buy elsewhere.

Have now given up trying to order anything from Debenhams website. It's so slow as to be unusable. I cannot believe they haven't solved this problem. They must be losing money hand over fist through lost sales due to this issue.

What a absolutely awful website, that slow it almost doesn't operate, 10-15 mins to order 1 item, pathetic COME ON DEBENHAMS GET IT SORTED PLEASE, you must be losing sales with people's frustration at the slowness, do you have 5yo kids working your website, no offence to kids in general.

There's some lovely items on sale at Debenhams, shame I can't buy any. The website is unbelievably slow, and, like other potential customers, I've often gone elsewhere just because I can actually see things on another site!

Most unresponsive website in retail. Tried a few times at different times of day, slowest site I've ever encountered. Ended up ordering elsewhere

DUX0056972 Organic cotton double duvet set (Ivory) Recieved my parcel this afternoon I opened the double duvet cover first due to the unsightly wrapping I was disgusted at what I was looking at the duvet cover looked used washed and crushed up with purple ink on it and no pillow slips in sight I immediately took pictures and put it back in the packaging and returned it via royal mail I was shocked to think debenhams could send an item out in such a state I've been shopping with debenhams for more than 30years After this experience I would never shop from debenhams again I had to go out of my way to return this item There is No way of speaking to customer service you have to chat via facebook Instagram or tweets I chose Facebook here's there response "Hi I am very sorry to hear that. For future faulty items we would ask that you let us know before returning as we may not ask for the item to be sent back. As you have returned the item today please allow until the 11th August for the item to be received & refunded. If you haven't been refunded by the 11th August then get back in touch and we can sort this for you." I Must now wait till 11th August for a refund Since the stores have closed the online shopping has gone downhill.... Trustpilot Thanks! Your review counts.
