I HAVE WIPED THINGS OFF THE BOTTOM OF MY SHOES THAT HAVE MORE INTEGRITY THAN Debenhams CUSTOMER SERVICE! I returned 2 pouffes, sent returns receipt clearly showing 2 items with same tracking number. They tell me this can't happen, yet apparently it did. No refund. Never, ever again. Shop here at your peril.

I purchased a gaming chair in November for a Christmas present for my grandson and when he opened it on Christmas day it was damaged.
Waited in 2 days to have it uplifted, with no luck
Eventually got uplifted by Royal Mail 15/1/24 and still no refund received.
