Bought an item on line. It didn't fit so I returned it using EVRI (as per returns label included). Over two weeks later no sign of any refund so I had to chase it up. Then realise I have been charged to return the item (this charge in addition to paying the return postage). Can't recommend buying online from Debenhams unfortunately.

Id say be quicker to go through your credit card company or PayPal if used that method though PayPal if in your favour only refund delivery n item costs its up to you to pay for returns then.
