“So happy to have found Decathlon. The order process is easy the prices incredible and the clothing is an extremely good quality. I absolutely love buying my gym gear from Decathlon.”

“I did not receive any notification of items being at store. When I checked my account I could see that payment had been taken and the items had been sent. When I phoned the store to check if the item had arrived, they checked the 'system' and said no. I contacted the customer service team who said that they had phoned the store and the items where there but the assistant had only checked the computer. So, no notification and poor service/effort/communication from the store. Regards, Stuart”

“I have to admit I was very dissapointed as the item was faulty on delivery. However, collection & redelivery was arranged promptly and 10% refund given for inconvenience. Still waiting for replacement though!”
