“The range of products is AMAZING, and they usually look very good too =) There is usually different versions of goods for different budgets. Decathlon is way too addictive! The website is much better than it used to be, and the Decathlon card is now properly integrated.”

“We really like the products and the quality vs price level. Very glad they have open a new one in Wandsworth SW London. Not very impressed though with the constant bombarding of emails since we join their reward card scheme, one email a day? I think it is way too much, so please reduce the marketing campaigns to once a week at the most. Thank you very much for listening, Bea”

“I first discovered Decathlon in France many years ago. I enjoy shopping there and have also been to 3 of your UK shops. I bought ladies cycling clothing which was fantastic. Ladies padded Lycra shorts in grey and in blue with matching tops, and a grey gilet with a thin fleece lining, among other things.You now only seem to do ladies cycling gear in black, and nothing very exciting. This is a huge disappointment, as I always visit your shops with a feeling of excitement at finding something new. Also I tried to get some replacement foam inserts for my cycle helmet but you don't seem to stock it. Could you, please. I have had to resort to insulating foam strip from a hardware store! Your staff are all very helpful and the stores are well laid out.”

“The thule bike carrier was of very good quality and an effective way to transport bikes.. I used it for 1 adult and 2 childrens bikes and had no issues... However, I do think that 4 bikes would be a bit of a squeeze... Overall I would recommend this bike carrier”

“quick delivery, had to return all as were too small sizes come up about 3 sizes smaller than most. took back to the store and exchanged, staff were very helpful and courteous and swift with the exchange. Great prices.”

“I have only had cheap bicycles before and this bike has been a revelation, it's like moving from a ford focus to a Ferrari, I can only give my personal opinion but this bike is fantastic no issues whatsoever.”
