“Delivery took a little longer than expected this was not a reflection on Decathlon and more a reflection of the carrier they used. The products provided were good value and in the main fit for purpose. I thought I was going to have a problem when one of the bikes was damaged and developed a fault. In truth, I contacted them and they authorised me to get a repair done and that they would reimburse the cost of repair as it was not practical to return to a Decathlon store. Overall the purchase was not without hiccup but the staff at Decathlon did everything reasonable to ensure the products were as ordered and fit for purpose and when things did not go quite according to plan to resolve the situation quickly. All in all , I am happy and would recommend them.”

“Decathlon is the only sport shop I know of where we as a family can go and get everything for all the different sports we are doing. From riding to cricket, they got everything, even camping gear!”

“On a number of occasions I have had fantastic customer service from Decathlon staff, in particular those at the Giltbrook store. Although I have had issues with an online to store order getting lost, the store staff couldn't have done more to help!”

“Our order was delivered on exactly the day we were told,only criticism is that the box was ripped but contents were fine. Loved our pop up beach shelter used several times in windy Cornwall,no problems with putting up as have had decathlon products before.”

“I bought a pair of sandals. The site was reasonably easy to use and I quickly found what I wanted. Payment was easy with Paypal. Delivery was perfect, in 2 days. As I have previously found, Decathlon is efficient and computer friendly.”

“Hi, We ordered a bike for my daughter recently, At £250, it is quite an investment and overall the quality seems good. However, I had a big issue with screwing one of the pedal in the crank arm, as the cranck arm thread was damaged. The pedal got ceased up when screwing in, and it took me all my mechanical skills to free it up and make it work. I was planing to write to Decathlon as I believe this is a gap in the Quality Control processes, but never had time. I also wanted to ask for a new crank set as this one is damaged, but I managed to fix the problem by clearing the metal shaffing away. I have taken pictures for your perusal... On another note, last year I also bought a chain for my mountain bike at Decathlon France. And this WE, the chain link actually broke (side plate failures in 2 points). This is the first time this happens to me, I was more than surprised. The whole ring set was changed so, I don't believe it is coming from there.. Probably a defect in the chain.. Poor quality again.”
