“The Seyvlor Hudson kayak was all we'd hoped. Decathlon were easily the best on price and delivery was prompt - it came within a day or so of ordering. Would highly recommend.”

“I have always found Decathlon products to be of high quality at very competitive prices. I normally visit their shop in Lakeside Essex, but this time tried their mail order system. The products I ordered arrived in just 2 days. Great Service !”

“I ordered a toy baseball set for my grandson and the important thing for him was that it was red. Online the picture showed it as red but when it was delivered, it was orange! It was pointed out to me that the phrase describing the set was "multi coloured" and I can see that this was a bit misleading. However, when I rang up, Decalthlon were very helpful and said that they would ask the depot to pick out a red one and they would send it to me if I returned the orange one. So, great service for what was a minor but important thing to me. So well done for satisfying the customer.”
