“The ski boot bag that I ordered was exactly as described. Excellent quality and was delivered promptly. Very satisfied . Would definitely purchase from Decathlon again .”

“I was happy with the online order process, the product description and the delivery. However, had to wait a long time to actually get notification that the product is ready for pick-up at my chosen store. Luckily it wasn't urgent but in this case it was worth the wait as the item ordered came at a knock-down price with very good quality.”

“Excellent service. Ordering goods is very easy, exchanges are dealt with promptly and efficiently and delivery of orders is fast. Sizing of clothes is smaller. Very often clothes need to be ordered a size up from your usual. So taking measurements before ordering is important to avoid exchanges.”
