“It was easy to order some fleeces for my son's school ski-trip. The sizes were spot on & the order arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to use Decathlon again!”

“I ordered a snow suit and snow gloves for my Grandson's Christmas present which arrived super quick. However, the gloves were too small so I had to return them and re-order the larger size. I could not believe how quickly this was turned around and I received the replacement gloves within 3 days with no extra charge for postage. Outstanding service and excellent quality goods. The paperwork and ease of returns was brilliant. Lesley from Hertfordshire”

“I love both stores I visit in Stockport and Warrington. The products are very good and cost a lot less than the branded offers in other sports stores. It would be great if the full range was on offer or information next to the product if other colors are available; as I do find when I go on-line I see you have a lot more to offer.”

“not one to normally right review, but have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and product for Dec! Very much the first port of call for all things outdoors - except boots but then I am a Scarpa fan, and jackets (badge snob). Seriously though well done excellent value without compromising product quality”

“We've ordered from Decathlon numerous times and have never been disappointed. The choice is incredible, the prices may be low, but quality is never compromised. Delivery is often next day, even at the standard rate. Two or three days at most. We always check Decathlon first when needed sporting goods. Excellent website, excellent service.”

“Excellent value, fas,t efficient and safe. My only negative comment would be that I am looking to buy a bike and have delivered to France in June. Unfortunately Decathlon will not allow me to prepay and I am afraid I will not find the bike I want or the "special" when I do buy closer to the date. I think you insist on a one or two day delivery policy? Hope that bike is available when I do order!”

“Great quality at great prices. I wanted a Christmas present for my wife last year, took a punt eventually on Decathalon, process, delivery, price, and quality superb. My wife describe her coat as the best she has ever had, and given we have shopped in Germany and the U.K. with a range of top class shops the is great praise indeed”

“To our initial disappointment, the good were not available, but a staff member, French but with excellent English, went online in the store and ordered the items from various European countries, and arranged for us to be emailed on arrival. Most efficient. The only inconvenience being the extra journey to collect them.”
