“I went to Decathlon in Surrey Quays to get my bike seat adjusted. Apparently, the seat post was too small, but they tried to adjust it anyway. They broke the ring to adjust the seat post in the process. I didn't have a choice but to buy a new seat post from Decathlon, as they broke my bike and I couldn't put the seat back in. Without asking, the guy installed a new seat post, which was much more expensive than what I wanted to spend on this. He also told me that the ring was broken, as if he had forgotten that he himself broke it just a few minutes before. Not a very customer friendly experience.”

“My E-Bike had an issue and stopped working. I took it back and they were very kind to replace it since I am on crutches and it´s the only way of going to the shop. I appreciated very much the act of kindness. Thank you for a great customer service.”

“Absolutely unacceptable to not ship order for more than 4 working days after order is placed and payment sent for products marked as in stock!!! Will never again purchase trough Decathlon if there is a way to purchase from other store!!!”

“Item was guarenteed delivery. Arrived nearly a week after that. Had to spend £12 on data as I was abroad to sort out friends to collect. When they tried they were denied the package. Terrible service and minimal communication from you.”
