“Delivery was prompt but sizing guide was not helpful. The sizing suggests a range rather than precise equivalents. I had to drive to the shop to replace everything, which defeated the object of ordering online.”

“I was extremely disappointed I ordered something for a work colleague as we had a secret Santa on 15th Dec when I ordered it I was informed it would be in store for collection on 12th Dec but I received an email on 14th Dec informing that the product was no longer available. I don't think I was refunded either. I had to try to find another gift for my colleague. I will never shop with this store again.”

“Excellent price s and excellent service I especially like the Quechua gear I am a full time outdoor instructor and think your gear is fantastic value for money. “Bought a bike and got it shipped to Jersey (* see below). Nice bike - good reports - but there was a fault, causing speed wobble (this can happen on any bike). No problem to Decathlon to get it returned. So, bought an upgraded bike which is great and been with me for nine months ago. Good product, excellent price, brilliant service (thanks to Will) but please arrange shipments abroad.”
