“Had to phone up to check on the footwear; to make sure of the sizing and the width etc. Person I spoke to in Southampton branch was very helpful and so I was able to place an order based on their information. Order arrived promptly and was as described. ps: I don't seem to have the loyalty card - should it have come with the order???”

“Excellent service and great product. Our postman placed the package containing golf shoes in the recycle bin when he couldn't get an answer - consequently the package was taken away by the bin men! Decathlon sent a replacement pair of golf shoes by express mail, free of charge. What fantastic service.”

“At the moment our store is being refurbished, which does make it harder for shopping, but the staff have been very good. The staff at the tills are excellent, particularly the young ladies from other countries :) All in all a pleasure to shop at your store :)”

“Decathlon provide good quality clothing for a large selection of activities. The pricing is very competitive . When ordering online items have been sent quickly with the benefit that they can be returned to a store or by post, the 1 year return policy is another bonus.”

“Ordered several scuba diving items from Decathlon. Quality very good and store collection very efficient. No problems with exchanging or returning goods. Will use again and again in future. Better selection than Sports Direct,and a more honest pricing policy, rather than the constant 'discounts and reductions' offered by Sports Direct.”

“My parcel could not be found because of a glitch in the system, had to return the next day to collect. The tops I bought were fantastic but the mat is not that great, very slippery”
