“I love going to Decathlon stores and there are a number of reasons for this. First of all, the staff is always happy to help and go beyond what is expected from them - this really makes a difference. Moreover the prices are very reasonable with no compromise on quality. I love Decathlon's brands, they offer highest quality products with fraction of the price of famous brand. I really like the online order and deliver in store for no postage charge. Last but not least, when I buy any product from Decathlon, I have peace of mind that if it does not fit and is not suited to my needs I can easily return whenever I find convenient. I would like more stores in London, we only have one which is really far from my home.”

“Was annoyed that my free next day click and collect order wasn't there in store to collect, despite ordering on time. Also, there is so much on the website that is not in stores, some means of online checking stock in each store would be massively helpful. I've learnt to not expect what I want to be in store! Something like ikea have on their website would be great.”

“I ordered a complete set of ski wear. The choice was good and the descriptions were detailed enough to differentiate between similar items. For example, the jacket and ski-pants had thermal and waterproof ratings allowing me to choose the most suitable for my destination. Some other sites I checked didn't have such information which is essential for buying such gear. The ordering process worked well and the delivery was made promptly.”

“Ordered two pairs of shorts online when i received the package it was rollerblading equipment for a young child and adult. I rang up and told me i could have one of the pairs i ordered but the other was out of stock and i could choose what other pair i wanted. I then rang them back confirming this and they said it will be in the post. When i received the package there was only one pair of shorts in there and i had to ring them back again the guy i spoke to was not very helpful but confirmed the other pair would be in the post in the next 3 days and when it arrived it was exactly the same pair as i already got. So i gave up all for 2 pairs of shorts i would not recommend using the company again.”

“I am not sure whether my purchase or bike service I need to comment on! Anyway, I purchased cycle stuff around £50+ not expensive but good stuff, all fit perfect except one. Brought it back when I collected my bike (review that in a second) no problems, very professional, just exchange for another one, great stuff. Thanks. Now the bike, my Ultra AF 700 needed all cables change 2 x gear & 2 x brakes plus a new derailleur need to be put on. I supplied all the hardware, attended around 09:30 Sat. asked to come back at around 14:00, did that not ready, cables all over that bike, I said OK no problem, tomorrow morning (Sunday), arrived around 11:00, collected took it for a spin, smooth and functioned like a charm. Well done Decathlon, I know this was a hard task as these cables are inside the tube.”
