“The products are of very high quality! I still want to wait a few more months before giving the final opinion but thus far, I'm extremely pleased! Only thing though, is that the invoice did not arrived yet. If it is possible, I would like it to be checked. Thank you!”

“Hi. Sorry to vote "poor" but I placed an order and then got an email saying part of my order was soiled, did I want to cancel it? I replied no, please just send it anyway, but by then half of the order had been cancelled anyway and I got another email saying it had been cancelled. Then I got a text saying the rest of my order would be delivered on a certain day (Friday) and it wasn't delivered until the next Monday, so sorry, but overall on this occasion I didn't find the overall service good.”

“I normally am very supportive of Decathlon and buy all my sporting goods from my local Sheffield store. I went on Saturday to but a new sleeping matt for a trip i was taking. I checked the stock levels before i visited and the website said that there was 8 in stock. I could not find the sleeping matt i wanted so i asked a member of staff, who informed me that they were in the back and were not available to buy until the following Monday. What a waste of a trip and a lost customer. If it was my business i would have sold me the matt that i wanted insead of turning away a customer to go to a competitor”

“As always, easy to order, fast delivery, good quality items, easy returns. Only constructive criticism I have to make is that for a refund on PayPal I received 2 emails to inform me. 1 from yourselves, 1 from PayPal. On card refund, nothing. Only by phoning through did I find out that refund had been actioned. But won't stop me ordering again.”

“I really like Decathlon's website - very easy to search - you can find fantastic items and great deals. Huge variety of different sports covered. Clothes are of exceptional quality - very good value for money. Delivery always on time , great communication via email. I've visited one of the stores too - mind blowing :-) It's a one day shopping trip - you would end up with more things than you participated in the first place. Would highly recommend Decathlon to everybody.”

“my daughter does several dance classes and we needed ballet tights so I went in a enquired if they sold any the assistant said they used to but now its a online product so I used a computer in store and reserved to collect”

“good bike quick delivery BUT just one delivery guy came to deliver the cycle and struggled to deliver the package assembling instructions were not provided - i had to use youtube videos to assemble”

“My experience with Decathlon has been top quality. I ordered the wrong size initially so I returned the item and asked for a different size. Communication with Decathlon was always stress free and they were always very helpful. Decathlon happily and very quickly exchanged my item for a different size. I am more than happy with my item and of the customer service provided by Decathlon. ????”
