“Very helpful staff in Wandsworth bike department, helped size bike correct for my son.Then ordering online to collection depot in Watford and staff had bike all ready, unboxed it went through instructions on how to put together. Always use Decathlon as quality and well priced with large selection, just wished there was one closer to me.”

“I've always found the staff extremely helpful and polite. They give you the best advice and always listen to their customers. Their product are very good value for money and good quality. I have bought 5 bikes from them so far and can't say that I'm unsatisfied. I also buy a lot of clothing for myself and my kids who love Decathlon products too. I consider myself a loyal customer.”

“Quick and easy web instructions. Excellent service in store and very friendly. This also applies to returning or exchanging goods. I have always found the service very good at the store in Breahead. My only gripe I have is that your web page has a greater choice and stock of cycling clothing than in-store. So it is always better to have a look on-line and do reserve and collect if you are really interested in a particular item.”

“Although we had to travel down from Cambridge it was well worth the journey. The exchange we needed was efficiently and pleasantly handled. The range of goods and how they were presented made it easy to shop and we found the other items we were interested in. There were some good deals in store. The staff were excellent.”
