“the order process was easy and delivery as requested. However, it would be helpful to know before arranging 'click and collect' that the item could be delivered by Royal Mail. This is for reasons of collections if not at home.”

“I have always found the staff to be both informative and at times go out of their way to help if needed. I am not a regular shopper - 2 - 3 times a year but I like that I can find plainly designed, quality items at a reasonable price. My last purchase was an online 'click and collect' that arrived on time and as described.”

“I like Decathlon products, have bought even earlier few of them. In this order my opinion is like this: quality of goods is ok, but I HAVE GOT THE ORDER AFTER A VERY LONG TIME. I Most of goods vere fitting to me, but there is an item, which is small and I can't use, plus there is an other one where I didn't like the colour. It seems different from the colour offered on website. I have sent an email about it that I would like to return them. I don't know what is your practice and how it goes. I dodn't get any response yet, which is very impolite. Please reply me and I gonna return the goods.”
