“I was happy with the 3 items I bought. They were cycle clothing. I used a "bundle" option that made the price very good. The quality seems god for the money and the designs are simple and not overly garish.”

“Happy that they supply low cost but high quality kit, but would prefer it to be in store and not just online. I also tried to order to store only to find they don't do that (yet) in the West Midlands. Also, even though when I ordered it online to an 'InPost' location and they stated it would be there before 18:00 on the 9th August, its still not there!! Happy with kit, not happy with stocking levels in store and not happy with delivery so far!!”

“Had the products I wanted at the price I wanted to pay! Delivery was quick and correct. Only thing that let me down was I couldn't process the order on my laptop, had to do it on my smartphone? It wouldn't get any further than creating an account. The chap I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and suggested I tried using a different browser..”

“Ordered snorkelling gear for holiday, and a bit surprised that the delivery was going to be a week. Gave Decathlon a ring, and the despatch speeded up and the delivery arrived on time. Nice stores too (particularly compared to the competition where walking through the door steals a ltitle bit of your soul...)”
