“I rang customer service regarding my points vouchers, the lady was most helpful and super efficient with dealing with my enquiry and emailed me back with all the relevant codes. I am always pleased with my purchases the delivery is always quick with notifications of the status of my order.”

“Very speedy delivery service and an accurate product description. The Quechua Tarp is very versatile and well built, used it as a sun canopy for the front of our tent and it was invaluable. Stood up to wind and rain with no problems, I used two extra poles from another tent kit to make it more universal. ..”

“The packaging was a bit sparse so when I cut the sellotape I went straight through to the tent. Very unfortunate. Tent is quite heavy but has proved excellent in a downpour. I substituted much bigger corner anchors The ones provided did not appear to be man enough.”

“Bought a BTWIN 520, the friendly store staff assembled and setup the bike for me. I've cycled about 200Km on it since purchase (about 6 weeks ago) and other than the seat height; not one component has needed even adjusting/changing.. everything has ran absolutely smoothly. Would definitely recommend both Decathalon, and specifically the Stockport store to friends. Thanks”
