I placed my order in plenty of time for my holiday, however on the agreed arrival date it did not turn up, I called and was told it was delayed in France but would be with me the next day, it never came, I called again and was told it would be with me by my holiday it had been packed and was waiting collection for the courier - it never arrived, I called again, there was not room on the van for it! (I suggested getting another van!) it would still arrive by my holiday, they had messaged the warehouse and it was priority. My holiday date arrived, but my holiday shopping hadn't, it actually arrived 4 days after I had left - I still await some kind of explanation as to this delay, an apology might help too!

I ordered some Christmas presents in early December. They room a very long time for the order to be dispatched (you did send an apology token). When I recieved the product 3 days before Christmas. 1 item was missing. You then told me you would send it out again. This did not arrive. We then called again- yet again you assured me you would send out the product that day. That did not arrive again. We then called for - third time to hear that you were sending them out once more. This is a product that is needed for a holiday in January - It has now taken almost 2 months and I am still waiting for 1 product.

The order delay as the warehouse don't have products and online the product are available. Not happy customer

Ordered kids xmas presents on 15th December. Were finally despatched on 24th December. Called numerous times but calls never answered. Poor and slow response to online comms. Unable to cancel the order so had to buy more presents so kids not left without. Delivery never materialised. Refund finally processed circa 15th Jan - A WHOLE MONTH LATER ! What a joke. This review is purely for this one time online experience. Products and shop itself usually decent and good value.

I ordered two me a medium tops, they arrived but were incredibly small. I paid to return the items and then after a 2 week delay two small tops arrived. This was Xmas Eve. Eventually a week later two large tops arrived. A long, drawn out and expensive order!!

Your internet ordering systems, process and returns procedure was the worst i have ever dealt with. Your company accepted full payment for my order.and congirmed goods were in stock when they were vlearly not! The goods finally. over a month later than the.delivery date.

It did not specify clearly enough that you only had seven days to pickit up and after all that they took FOREVER to give me my money bavk I hadto send many emails to get an anseer and get it resolved.

3 days ridden to shop for their daily parcel and heard "please come tomorrow," losing fuel and czas..to was the first and last time something like zapupilem in decathlon

I received my order and whilst opening one of the packages I sawa white silky type coating on the sweater as i was rubbing it to see what it was i saw at least 3 huge maggot type insects crawling around in there. I have a phobia and this was a horrifying experience for me. so much so that when i managed to call decathlon to explain I was having a a panic attack on the phone and they seemed completely not bothered about it even asking me why i was calling. They didn't follow up with me. I have been put off buying from you again. I still think about it it was disgusting. I expected much better customer service from Decathlon.

Poor communication, not proactive when solving issues and the onus is on the customer to chase when things are not delivered.

We ordered items at the beginning of December for Christmas presents. We got an email a couple of weeks later stating the 1 of the items was out of stock. We emailed customer services to find out when the other items would be delivered, getting the reply of check your account. The Christmas presents finally turned up sometime after Christmas. Thank you Santa.

I have been sent (and charged for) an item that I had not ordered. This came after the correctly ordered items. I then emailed via the correct channel to report the problem, received an email back to say my issue would be looked at and then.... Absolutely nothing!!! I don't want to send the item back at my cost and risk, this is Decathlon's problem, you sort it out.....

I ordered something online to click and collect before Christmas. The product wasn't in store when I went to pick it up, despite having ordered it a week before. I then asked the assistant to cancel the order but it wasn't cancelled. Very disappointed.

You didn't have what I wanted in store so the member of staff made an online order for me with delivery in plenty of time for Christmas. The order never arrived - turns out you were already weeks behind with orders when you accepted mine, promising delivery you knew you couldn't hit. I cancelled the order and requested a refund - I still haven't received my money a month later, despite several emails to customer services. Woeful. And I came to Decathlon so not to have to deal with Sports Direct's poor service!

Ordered online on 15th Dec, for collect in store. Heard nothing for over a week. Went in store and bought the products - which were Christmas presents. One needed swapped for a different size. I got the e-mail notification on 26th Dec that the order was ready for collection, I went in store on the 27th to make the swap, so I just returned the online order as soon as I collected it.

Communication has been really frustrating and the whole order was a disaster from start to finish. Issues still not resolved despite emailing/contacting numerous times. Very disappointing as expected more

7 items bought, all Were total Cheap tat! These are not good value for money items when there is no value in them to begin with! Worse quality than even in primark.
