“Excellent customer service, not just pre-sale but after you've purchased things. Especially noticeable with bikes. I've had a few fairly standard teething issues with my bike (cable stretch, gears going out of index after cleaning etc) and they've happily sorted it all, with no extra charges. Fantastic range of goods for sale, and you can pay what you want. They have the really expensive stuff, which is fantastic quality, but they also offer cheaper options that whilst not quite the same high quality are still very good value for money. Same in-store or online. No quibbles with returning items either. Ordered a few things online that haven't fit, taken them to the nearest store and been given refunds, no questions asked. Can't recommend Decathlon enough for sporting goods.”

“Service was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the item did not fit and I would question the sizing of the Wed'ze child's ski mittens age 14. Would use Decatholon again though”

“I use this sports store more than any other. It has a good range of equipment at excellent prices often having quality comparable to products over twice the price. While it may not be the choice of the expert, die hard purest, for me it provides the level of equipment most suited to my needs and affordability. I have always had good service from their Cycle department, my only criticism would be their apparent inability to source spare parts in a reasonable time scale. However they have always managed to get me back up on the road in some form on same day, often FOC. Full marks to the Lakeside store Cycle service team for their unfailing attentiveness and advice.”

“Bought the boots for a skiing holiday As footwear for when I wasn't skiing and they were amazing my feet kept warm despite it being freezing and having. Slipper socks on overall I would tell anyone who wants comfy warm boots these are the ones”

“We bought a Quelcha Tarpaulin. It was as described and delivered promptly. Such an easy order we had completely forgotten about it and totally surprised when it arrived!! Quality of the product itself is good. It is extremely compact in its storage bag.”

“Too much verification done , I had to send my passport just to get my order processed which I have not seen anywhere on any shopping websites , which I did not like , but anyways the product turned out to be good . But if the same verification is done once again on my next shopping definitely I will skip shopping at decathlon.”

“The quality of the items was excellent, however the sizes were on the small side and whilst they fitted I think that they were possibly about a year out. My daughter is small for her age and the 10yr old stuff were a bit small.”
