“After having a few problems with my order, they were all sorted out and I was either refunded or given an exchange for the items. Service was very fast when putting right these issues, and communication was brilliant.”

“Great bike, quickly delivered. Sloped frame in 60 requires me to raise the saddle slightly above max line (I'm 6'2" with long legs). The gears need tuning but hopefully the free service will fix that. Excellent value for money.”

“Well what can I say about Decathlon? The prices are generally exceptionally reasonable compared to the other more snotty sports and camping shops. They have a huge variety of stock. Sometimes they don't have all of the top brands top of the range items, just their own brand. Staff are very helpful (if you can get hold of them!). They are also reasonable about returns. I recommend them to anyone.”
