Their refund policy is absurd, you can't get a refund when they lose your package.

It says my product was delivered on the website but I STILL haven't gotten it and no body ever is available for customer service. Terrible experience. I still haven't gotten a refund either. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Customer service is non existing! I placed my order 29 November, 3 messages until today and still no products or reply 🤷‍♀️ So, so disappointed...

Placed my order (and paid) more than a month ago and so far no notice of the products. Customer service do not answer even after trials and its impossible to contact them. Desperate that I won´t get my money back.

Placed an order in November, still haven’t gotten it. Per their policy on the website I should have been refunded by now and was not. No customer service to speak of. Phone number plays a message and hangs up, no response to emails or contact forms. I will prob have to dispute the charge. Also not impressed to hear they had moved production to China. Used to like their stuff but there are plenty of beauty companies out there. To frustrating to continue ordering from them.

If I could give a zero to the review, I would definitely do that. I did not receive the package of my purchase. The customer service is just a decoration. You can only call them between 11am-2pm per day. During this time period, 90% of the chance, you will be automatically disconnected because of the "high volume of call we received". They don't have an email address so I can't file a missing package claim with USPS. The only "customer service" they provide are the sales who allure you to buy their products. An absolutely wasting of my money.

I ordered on 11/28/20 1 NIOD ethylated L 30% and 2 NIOD MMHC2. I had been waitng for them to come back in stock and placed the order ASAP. When received I received only 1 MMHC2 and the cheaper Ordinary replacement for the 30% acid. They opened a case 12/16 and until now I don't have a refund or even a reply. Also, when I call is says high volume and hangs up on me. It's upsetting because I already have a regular regimen with this product andI can't get it anymore.

Deciem sent me ups tracking number but when I click those numbers are invalid. I called twice but no one responds with record vm said high volume busy. What is going on with my order? Is this a fraud website?

I ordered 3 face products on Dec. 7th. When the package arrived one of the products was wrong. I sent an email and received a reply, saying that a 'human' would be contacting me soon. That was on Dec. 17th. I have not received any 'human' interaction yet. I have called at least a dozen times, only to be cut off. Maybe if they answered calls more than 3 hours a day they could get caught up. Today is Jan. 11th and still nothing.

I ordered three products December 29th and it is now January 11th and I have not been updated about anything with my package. I knew it would take a while to come because Christmas and the pandemic but to receive no updates about my package for three weeks now unacceptable. Every time I track the package it just says in transit to USPS. I've tried to contact everyone in the process such as DECIEM, OSM WORLWIDE (the shipping partner), and USPS. The only people to get back to me was USPS but there's they can say except they never received the package.

I have used The Ordinary products since their start - love them. However, their customer service is the absolute worse. From the store associates to lack of response to emails, to no connection via phone. I placed an order on the 6th, it was shipped on the 11th, I tracked it to my state, then my package went to another state, then tracking disappeared--and it's now the 23rd. No more package. Oddly enough, this shipping ordeal is not the first time it has happened with Deciem. Trying to rectify it, is almost impossible. You may as well forget your money AND your products. I should have learned from my mistakes and ordered from a reputable retailer, not from Deciem. Or better yet, Deciem should really start using a more reliable shipping company, not the USPS.

Its been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received it yet. I love their products but I am highly disappointed with their customer service as I have been unable to get in touch with them regarding my order.

Half my order is missing from my shipment. I was charged but Deciem decided to not send the order but charged me for product they did not send.

Why does me wanting to cancel an order so hard? This is stressing me out since I just ordered a product and I'm trying to cancel it before it gets packaged but ya'll are making this way harder than it should be.

Never received my order even after getting shipping confirmation. Have been waiting for weeks !!! Impossible to get hold of anybody as there seems to be no real customer service and no-one to contact ! Really disappointed because I really loved the concept and ideals of this company and what I thought they stood for.

Ordered products online but NO CONFIRMATION and it's impossible to make contact with them. I have no idea what, if anything, has happened to my order and payment details, all very worrying. My advice is to STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Everything is so difficult with this company. I ordered online November 7 and no products up to today. Called them to cancel and they say I cannot do that. Went in store to get the products I need and they charged me full price when there’s this 23% off promotion. Called them and they told me I had to go back to the store for the discount to be applied. I live in Long Island btw. WHY ARE YOU MAKING THINGS SO DIFFICULT FOR CUSTOMERS?

My daughter ordered some products for my birthday. The tracking details indicated they were stuck in a dpd office. I spoke to a very pleasant person at deciem who said she would send the order again. That was August, and I still have not received my order, or managed to speak to anyone at deciem. I am just left listening to music for ages.

Payment was apparently declined but they took the money from my account. Is this for real?? They said there was a problem with the postcode but there wasn’t. Seems like a scam.
