“My situation for applying for home insurance was very specific. Jade navigated me through the maze of questions in a friendly and professional manner. I liked the personal touch of having a consultant dedicated to me. Price was competitive. I liked that Jade read through all the endorsements and explained them to me. “The portal in a good and secure way to communicate given the security issues with email. I wanted to upload a pre-contract credit document, but no such document type existed in the drop down list. Can I suggest you include at the very least "Other" in the list? Cheers, Phil”

“I have been using the broker for approx 10 years. Michelle Mossman has been fantastic throughout this time and is the main reason I return every year. The diligence and professionalism she applies to her job as well as taking the time to answer many questions and educate, ensuring people fully understand policies is a great skill set from someone who takes pride in doing their job thoroughly. This has allowed me to build trust to be provided with the best cover for my properties. When I have used others in the past there has been issues that needed ironing out, but with Michelle everything is sorted to cater for my specific needs every time with great attention to detail.”
